The Chillz pet cooling mat provides your dog or cat with relief from the heat as well as helping relieve any body aches or pains they may be experiencing. Best of all, the Chillz cooling mat for dogs and cats doesn’t require any electricity or refrigeration to keep your pets cool. It’s ready for use whenever your pet needs it, whether you’ve just come inside after a walk on a hot day or to help your four-legged friend relax for an afternoon nap. With the Chillz cooling pad, your furry friends can stay comfy and cool inside, no matter how hot it gets outside.

Please note: The Chillz mat does not require a woven bag for storing! If you ordered a Chillz mat, store it flat in a cool, dry place.

Directions

The Chillz Gel Mat is activated by your pet’s weight/body heat. It requires very little weight to activate so even the smallest of pets can cool on the XL mat. Just a short period on the Chillz cooling mat will leave your pet feeling calm, cool and refreshed!

Do not leave the Chillz Gel Mat in direct sunlight or high heat,
this will affect the performance of the product.

Your pet's body heat may cause the pad to warm over time.
When warming occurs, remove the pet from the pad. Place a pad in an area where the room
temperature (ambient air) will cool and recharge the cooling pad for 15-20
minutes.

Care Instructions

Use soft cloth. Clean with mild soap and wipe clean with warm water. Allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in a cool, dry location.

Please note: The Chillz mat does not require a woven bag for storing! We only recommend storing the Cool Pet Pad in the woven bag it comes with. If you ordered a Chillz mat, store it flat in a cool, dry place.

This product is not meant for consumption. While the gel is non-toxic, we always recommend taking your pet to the veterinarian if they ingest any part of the Chillz Gel Mat.  In some cases, an allergic reaction can occur, which can affect the health of your pet. If your pet is prone to chewing, DO NOT leave it unattended with the Chillz Gel Mat.
